end of summer fun 2014 in Utah

Nate and I felt so fortunate to spend more time in Utah this summer than we had expected. We really tried to live it up by enjoying a lot of time together, as well as with our families and friends. It was really hard to say goodbye to them. I'm so grateful for the memories we made before we left. I feel so blessed to have them - forever!!!

Nate's masculine - fixing the tire of our Buick pose

Mason loves wearing Daddy's hiking boots around

Fun times with cousins playing in the pool in the backyard.

Taking advantage of 7.11 day - with a draping pose by Stanley

Curiosity Museum for 'Cousins Camp'

A Cafe at Thanksgiving Point. I guess I talked so much about it after I ate there last time, that Nate had to check it out as well.

Loving my salmon salad

Nate's Turkey sandwich

Celebrating Germany's win in the World Cup with some Apple Beer

Stanley giving Grandma Bacon the 'lazy eye'

fun morning runs with my littles and my sister Ramona visiting Utah from Colorado

'Rent a puppy' with Mason's Uncle and Aunt - Rent a Puppy is a fun business my cousin started at BYU

swimming with Daddy and family at the new Provo Rec

This is what happens in our family when we watch movies :)

Nate soaking up cuddle time with Mason - whilst putting him and bear to bed

Mason's first swimming lessons with our neighbor friend. She did an amazing job with him.

visit from cousins Alyse and Katie - loved seeing them both

I got to participate in the annual Gruppman Workshop. We had a late diner after the Workshop ended, with the Gruppmans. These are some of my favorite people.

We had fun at the Pioneer Day Parade in Salt Lake City (the city where Mason was born). We have strong attachments to that city.

Stanley was a little bored I think - but we enjoyed it :). This picture was taken in front of Brigham Young's home where we watched the parade. Very fitting for the day :).

enjoying walking around Temple Square grounds after the Parade had ended

We also stopped to get a bite at my favorite restaurant in Salt Lake - The Wild Grape.

The Splashpad at the Riverwoods in Provo where we went several times. Mason obviously liked it

The view from our house watching the air balloons on the 4th of July

We love you Utah! Hope to see you again soon!
