Since we are back in Charlottesville for a few days, we decided to indulge in the pristine beauty here and take a hike in the Shenandoah Mountains. This hike was well suited for us - great weather, a short 1 miler, nice for kids (um guys, Mason hiked the entire way on his own and even carried our lunch in his little back pack...proud parent here!!), and beautiful scenery at the end. We went with our good friends the Latins, and just had a great time with them. We have been missing our friends so it was so good to be in nature with these guys! We've also seen a couple of other great friends here and guys..life is good! Nate and I went on a date to downtown Charlottesville to see 'Me Before You'. This theater - Crown Victoria is so nice - small theater where you can sit back and put your feet up in soft chairs. The movie was sweet...but ya, super sad. Nate cried more than I did. Love that tender heart of his!
