On the Sunday before Memorial Day my family went to the Orem Cemetery to remember our ancestors, as well as those who died in wars to preserve our freedoms. Memorial Day has become more special to me over the years. It was so fun to hear stories about my Grandfather Verlan Andersen, and to be with my family. I am so grateful to those who gave the last full measure of devotion for our Country. May those freedoms never be taken for granted.
