Aunt Alissa comes to town

So much fun having Aunt Alissa come to town last weekend! We are missing her already.

a lot of love right there - my boys were so excited when she arrived

Nate met up with her at Monticello first

that night we went downtown for some pizza, ice cream, and of course Mason's favorite - street music

we also checked out the newly finished Rotunda. my first time seeing the inside.

then a trip to DC wherein Mason insists sometimes on pushing the strollers. he is the sweetest. 

while Nate and Alissa visited the Holocaust Museum, I took my boys to the American History Museum to see the inventors section and also visit the Children's Museum

lunch at Union Station

Alissa visited the National Gallery of Art, while we went to the Botanical Gardens
